01 SOLUTIONS

For the brand
you're building.

With BOGUO, you can work on your collection and its identity with the same partner. Our own factory and showroom keep development close to production, while Brand Lab helps you prepare how the range will be presented to customers.

We'll shape the work around where your business is now.

02 IS THIS A FIT?

What are you planning for the business?

Bring the range you're planning and a sense of the customers it's for. We'll talk about the parts you already have in place, then where product development, production or brand work would be useful.

YOU MIGHT BE

  • Starting your first modest-fashion brand.
  • Developing a collection for your store or audience.
  • Adding new styles to an established range.
  • Working out the labels, product pages or identity for a range you've started.

HOW WE START

  • We develop collections for businesses, rather than sell individual pieces.
  • We discuss your product, customers and where you plan to sell.
  • We agree the work, cost and your role before development begins.
  • You stay in charge of your brand and how you run it.

03 GROW TOGETHER

More to build on,
collection after collection.

Over time, you learn what customers return for and where you want to take the brand next. Through Grow Together, we can use that feedback alongside the product and brand work already in place to plan the next range with you.

YOUR CUSTOMERS AND IDEAS

Start with the people who'll wear it.

You know the people you want to reach and the market you're building in. We bring our experience in modestwear to that conversation, helping you turn the plans for your business into a collection.

  2. 02 / TOGETHER, WE SHAPE THE RANGE

Shape the range around your brand.

We look at the mix of products with you and how they fit the identity you're building. The style, fabric and presentation choices can then be developed together, with your feedback shaping the range.

  3. 03 / LEARN FROM EACH COLLECTION

    Return with what you're hearing.

When it's time to plan another season, we can pick up the work we've already done together. Customer feedback and what you've learned from selling help us decide how the next collection should develop.

04 BRAND LAB

How customers
get to know your brand.

Brand Lab is where we work on the collection's identity and how you'll introduce it to the market. The clothing, labels and sales materials are considered together, whether we're building on an established brand or helping you develop a new one.

01

Collection

We help you plan the range as a whole, with the right mix of styles for the customers and occasions you have in mind. Fabrics and colours are chosen together, so the pieces feel at home under the same brand.

What you get
A collection plan
You decide
The styles and customers you are designing for

02

Identity

Your identity should feel familiar wherever someone comes across it. We can develop the name and visual style with you, or build on what you already use across labels, packaging and your store.

What you get
A consistent visual identity
You decide
The name and look you want to build on

03

Market

We help you find the words for the collection, drawing on the product details and the customers you know. Together, we'll review the names and descriptions for the places you sell, with local language review where needed.

What you get
Product messages for your market
You decide
Product details, wording and language

04

Assets

The project can also include the labels, packaging and website materials you'll need to introduce the range. We agree the pieces with you in advance and prepare the final materials for the uses set out in your project.
